2020 Tapping Challenge: Day 14 – Tapping for feeling unworthy

November 14, 2020 by Gene Monterastelli

One of the most common core issues I encounter with my clients is the feeling of unworthiness. It might be a general sense of feeling unworthy all the time, or it might be specific to a particular area of life. We might not feel worthy of financial or professional success, or maybe we don't feel worthy of fulfilling relationships or thriving health.

Today we are going to tap for all of the areas in which we don't feel worthy.

2020 Tapping Challenge: Day 13 – Tapping for feeling frustrated when working with people who process more slowly than you do

November 13, 2020 by Gene Monterastelli

When we are trying to solve problems we want to move as quickly as possible so that we can move past the issue. The problem is that we don't all work at the same pace. Some people move quickly, while others take a lot more time.

It can be frustrating when the people we are working with are moving slower than we are. Today we tap for those times that we would like to be moving quicker than those we are working with.

Today we are going to tap to help us feel more grounded and focused.

Pod #487: Tapping to make the choices we want

November 11, 2020 by Gene Monterastelli

When working with my clients, I have found that people who are interested in personal development also usually take the choices they make seriously.

They want to make sure the choices they are making line up with the vision that they have for the person they would like to be. As a general rule this is a good and useful approach to making choices.

The problem comes when they feel like they have to justify every choice they make AND if they don't have a clear justification for the choice, then it feels as if they are choosing poorly.

Sometimes we want to make a choice just because we want to make that choice. Not because it lines up with some higher purpose. Today we are going to tap to give ourselves permission just to make a particular choice because we want to and being OK with not having to justify that choice.

2020 Tapping Challenge: Day 11 – Tapping for asking for what you are worth

November 11, 2020 by Gene Monterastelli

It can be so difficult to ask for what we are worth. That might be the amount of money we are paid for our work, the amount of attention we receive from others, or simply having our basic needs met.

Asking for what you need can sometimes feel self-centered or pushy.

Today we are going to tap for feeling comfortable in asking for what we are worth.
