Social media is a reality of modern life. In itself it isn't good or bad, it is simply a tool we can use.
On one hand, social media channels can help us to find useful information, stay connected to loved ones, and connect with like-minded people we wouldn't otherwise have met. On the other hand, social media can create an overwhelming flood of information. Every time we check in we can see how others are doing so much better than we are, which can create feelings of shame and a bad case of “comparisonitis”.
In this week’s podcast Jenn Goddard and I have a conversation about how social media impacts us and how we can tap for a healthier experience with it.

There is an interesting phenomena that crops up when using EFT. Sometimes you can be using tapping successfully for a while, but then it stops working.
If you are wondering if you have emotional blocks to taking action, I have a very simple way for you to tell. If you know what you want to do, know how to do it, have everything you need to take action, and still don't do it, then you have emotional blocks to taking that action.
