I have hesitancy (read as fear) when making phone calls. How can I use EFT on this issue?

Is there anything I can do with EFT to help with my emotional triggers?
When I was working with the person who taught me EFT, it worked great. Now that I’m working on my own, I don’t know what phrases to use. Do you have any suggestions?
Should you keep tapping the same issue day after day? If you are doing okay without tapping, should you still keep tapping the same issue? For how long?
I don’t believe some of the things I say when I tap. Does that matter?
I recently had a chance to EFT with someone who was having a really bad day. I didn’t have a lot of time to explain what we were doing, but I didn’t know how to start. Because of my lack of confidence in how to explain what we were going to do, I didn’t do anything. Any Suggestions?
