It is good that we are thankful for what we have in our lives. Expressing gratitude helps us to be appreciative, grounded, and there are even health benefits to being thankful.
The problem is that on a subconscious level we may feel that wanting more means do not appreciate what we already have, and that can prevent us from moving forward.
This week I have a short tap-along audio and script to help you to be thankful AND move forward at the same time.
You can find the full tapping script as a pdf of this audio over at Tapping Q and A Podcast Scripts and Transcripts.

Thanks for this, Gene, in so many ways. And perhaps it is good to find a way to be grateful for even the things that we don’t yet know are blessings, things that help move us forward towards something that is different, that is MORE, than we even were able to imagine, our soul’s deeper desire of unstated MORE.
I love the stating that gratitude for what is, and desire for more, are not mutually exclusive and don’t negate each other …. it’s just stops on the journey…. and missing appreciating what’s along the way would be a lost opportunity …..
Great reflection ….. and tapping! Thanks you again, Gene.

Hi Gene, This topic really resonated with me, it is or has been true for me. I have felt guilty for wanting more and different when I have so much. It is good to reframe the things we have as building blocks for the things we desire. Good to know that I can hold two emotions at the same time and there is no conflict.
Thank you!
