Tap Along #23A: You Are Worth A Better/Easier Life

December 5, 2011 By Gene Monterastelli 2 Comments

Often we don’t feel comfortable making our own lives easier or better. We think, “Others have it so much harder than I do. A good life is only possible if I work very hard and struggle for it. I have wasted good opportunities before so why should life be easier for me now?”

As long as we think are unworthy, we will never move forward. When we are able to recognize that we are worthy of a better life then we enable ourselves to start working towards it. This audio will help you to do just that.

Nice one Gene, even though I have done many years of tapping and have almost finished training to become an EFT practitioner, it is clear that the issue of self worth runs very deep for me and I found myself releasing through yawning all the way through, so much so I had to keep repeating sections as I couldn’t hear while yawning! Thanks. Love Amer xx

What a great message; by becoming a more complete expression of who we are meant to be, we allow those around us to see its possible for them as well. Also, we don’t have to wait until we reach a certain place in our development to help others and reach out to make the world a more compassionate place, we can only do so from ‘here’ where we are now. This is also where we begin to make life more joyful and where we let go to receive blessings. I love starting from here and now with your tapping units! Gene, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your talents with all who wish to join you in tapping.
