Pod #684: The one question you MUST ask before you start a round of tapping
One of the most common reasons people do not tap more is because they don't know where to start. Feeling uncertain produces a subconscious hesitancy because our subconscious is worried that we will waste time and energy going in the wrong direction.
This isn't a conscious thought, but a background resistance that creates two problems.
First, we don't tap as often as we would like. Second, we then beat ourselves up for not tapping because there is no clear and obvious reason why we aren't tapping.
This week in the podcast I share with you a simple two-step process that will take you less than 45 seconds. Try it out to get more out of each round of tapping and to help you to tap more.
The process will:
- create focus for the round of tapping
- provide guidance on what to tap on next
- show you when you are done
- guide you in planning for future tapping rounds
This is a transformative process and I feel confident that once you see its power, you will use it every time you tap in the future.
