When we are tapping for a specific issue it can often feel as if there is a small bit of it remaining that we can’t quite put our finger on. It seems like a shadow of the issue hanging around in the background, rather than the issue itself.
When this happens it is hard to know which phrases to tap on to resolve the last little bit of the issue. In this week’s podcast I share the process I use when the SUDs level is at a 2 or less. You can learn it in just 30 seconds and will find it easy to repeat whenever you need it.

Gene, the eye movements are similar to those in the 9 gamut procedure, which is part of the original, full EFT routine developed by Gary Craig. Here’s a link to a video by Dawson Church that shows the procedure and mentions research indicating that eye movement can help reduce traumatic memories, which may help explain its effectiveness in clearing the last shadows of an issue:

Dawson Church did this at tapping summit exercise the only difference was instead of tapping the other hand in the collarbone and hand tapped on the top of the hand groove between the Little and second finger. Nice clear explanation!
thank you Gene
