As one of the craziest years in living memory winds down, there is a great desire to find peace, calm, and stillness. This week’s podcast contains a simple tap-along process to help calm your system and gain some mental clarity.

In addition, learn how to choose which tapping point to tap on next (you will be surprised by the analogy that I use).

    Thank you this was a wonderful change from regular tapping, I was yawning with watery eyes, I get stuck on the wording & in the heat of the moment I tend to forget to do, so I will be using this way more often thank you so much.     Very helpful, thanks Gene! I was yawning after 1 minute as random but significant earlier life events passed before my “inner screen”. I am left feeing calm and most significantly with the deep sense of relief from aspects of self criticism, shame, or fear that have accompanied certain memories. It was interesting how these quick flashes jumped around & I noticed a subtle difference from regular tapping. Subtle and big. Like changing the apex of an angle and getting a big result. Feeling relieved!! Blessed Christmas Gene! Thanks for bringing us gifts all year long. You’re Santa for our family!!

    This was definitely effective in bringing calm to some worries that bubbled up for me today. I too, will just tap in the mornings even when I have no particular issue. Something almost always rises up to get attention and then release. I love that you not only let your intuition direct you, but that you shared that experience with us, too. We have so much healing power inside us, and when we get caught up in “recipes” we can block that inner wisdom. It feels like a big breakthrough to let that inner guidance emerge!
