As a tool, tapping has many different applications. It can be used to:
- Clear limiting beliefs
- Heal past traumas
- Short circuit a craving
- Remove resistance
One of my favorite applications, which is often underrated, is finding a sense of calm and peace. The reason I say it is underrated is because most people approach tapping trying to achieve something specific and concrete.
While I have a strong desire to feel at peace, it never seems to be at the top of the list of things I am going to tap for.
