Sometimes we get caught up in our emotions and make poor choices that we later regret. We want to make the best choice, we know what the best choice is, and we still let our emotions get in the way.
We can know exactly what triggers us and even when we spend time tapping on an issue that triggers us emotionally, we can still find ourselves highly emotional in a moment when these issues come up again. This week I share how you can tap for these instances so that you will be happy with your choices as the emotions come up.
