I have found that people who are interested in personal development also tend to be sensitive to the struggles of their fellow humans. Because of this awareness we might sometimes hold ourselves back from experiencing the good parts of life because we know others are suffering.
Today we are going to tap to allow ourselves to feel joy, knowing it is safe for us to do so, even if others aren’t feeling that same joy in the moment.
