Pod #217: EFT For Social Media Overwhelm w/ Jenn Goddard

April 20, 2016 by Gene Monterastelli

EFT For Social Media OverwhelmSocial media is a reality of modern life. In itself it isn't good or bad, it is simply a tool we can use.

On one hand, social media channels can help us to find useful information, stay connected to loved ones, and connect with like-minded people we wouldn't otherwise have met. On the other hand, social media can create an overwhelming flood of information. Every time we check in we can see how others are doing so much better than we are, which can create feelings of shame and a bad case of “comparisonitis”.

In this week’s podcast Jenn Goddard and I have a conversation about how social media impacts us and how we can tap for a healthier experience with it.
