Tapping is a tool that is simple to explain and understand, but not necessarily easy to do.
The biggest hurdle most new tappers (and even experienced tappers) encounter is not knowing what to say when tapping.
When we first learn tapping we are guided by a skilled practitioner or teacher who seems to come up with perfect tapping phrases with little effort. We can’t wait to add tapping to our daily routine.
Then you find yourself tapping on your own and you can’t seem to come up with any tapping phrases. What seemed so easy for your teacher now feels impossible on your own.
Your mind goes blank.
You feel frustrated and disappointed that it “just doesn’t work for me” and you might even give up altogether.
This week in the podcast I share my favorite way to write a tapping script that is perfect for you.
