As the year draws to a close it is good for us to reflect on the last twelve months. This week I have for you a process that will lead you through a simple reflection of your year.
This is a great process because it is set up to allow you to heal and release wounds from the last year, but without having to dive into the details.
Think of this as a gentle way to do a little emotional housekeeping.
