Pod #117: Simple Energy Technique w/ Steve Wells

August 14, 2013 By Gene Monterastelli 3 Comments

One of the things I love most about tapping is its flexibility. Not only can it be used on a wide range of issues, but it can be used in a numerous ways.

Steve Wells and his colleague David Lake have spent years playing around with the basic EFT recipe. They asked what worked, what didn’t work, and how it could be improved. In the end they created something they call Simple Energy Technique (SET) which is a user friendly collection of the best of the best techniques.

In this interview Steve talks about the ways in which SET is similar to and different from EFT. SET is so simple and straightforward that you will be able to add the parts you find useful to your tapping right away.

Hi Steve I’ve been receiving your emails for a while now. I just want to let you know that your knowledge and expertise have helped me tremendously and I appreciate what you do. I studied EFT several years ago, both in Australia and the UK, and managed to get to Level 2. My husband of 42 years walked out of our marriage just over 4 years ago. It was a traumatic change for me and it took me a long time to deal with it. Just recently I started a business and I’m finding it a struggle. But with no savings, and that’s another story, I have no choice but to make it work.
I have a friend in Florida who has serious health issues and I’ve also directed her to your site.
    Thank you again for sharing.
    Kind regards Margi Batson
