We have all experienced lying in bed at night trying to get to sleep
BUT our racing minds keep us awake.
Usually we are replaying everything that didn’t work out today, and worrying about everything that could be difficult tomorrow.
As our thoughts spin, we become increasingly unsettled, which makes sleep even harder.
Regardless if you are someone who anxiously tosses and turns in bed at night, letting go of the stress from our day and releasing worry about tomorrow is a good thing for everyone.
