On some level most people who smoke really want to quit. Even though the will to change is strong in the larger context of their lives, it is really hard to motivate change in the moment because “one cigarette won’t kill me.”
Usually smoking isn’t the core problem, but symptomatic of a larger issue.
In this interview Sue Beer and I talk about how we can use EFT to stop smoking.

I loved your interview with Sue Beer! And the timing is, as always, perfect. My sister’s birthday is Saturday, and I am going to give her the gift of smoking cessation with EFT. Sue’s 3-step process will be invaluable, I’m sure.
Thanks, Gene, for all you do!

Thanks Gene. I found this of high value. Sue was obviously knowledgable about the topic and your questions help to make her information useful.
