Who I Am
I was born in Casper, WY and graduated from the Catholic University of America with a Bachelors of Science. I am committed to improving my own health and well being as well as sharing what I have learned along my journey. In my free time I enjoy traveling the world and rock climbing.

I found my way to tapping/EvEFT originally when I was looking for tools to deal with my own social anxiety. You can read the full story of my healing (as well as learn the basics of tapping) in the free eBook Regaining Control.

Since 1996 I have been 1/2 of APeX Ministries which has me on the road as much at 120 days a year.

I have trained and/or studied hypnotism, NLP, guided imagery, and meridian based tapping protocols (including EFT). I am a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists.

Services I provide and who I work with:
I regularly work with clients from all over the world one-on-one over the phone. I am also teach classes (live and via teleclass) and produce many tapping products.

I work with client in a number of areas including (but not limited to) stress, weight loss, smoking, limiting beliefs, anxieties, learning disabilities, pain management, and relationship issues.

There is a very special place in my practice that is dedicated to parents of special needs children, especially for parents of children who have diagnosed with Autistic Spectral Disorder (ASD).

I was introduced to Gene Monterastelli by a local EFT practitioner and I owe that woman a debt of gratitude. From the moment I visited his website, found it so easy to book a session at a time to suit me and his prompt telephone call at the arranged time, I felt I was in touch with a man who knew what he was doing. I contacted Gene because I lacked the willingness to stop smoking. Gene’s gentle focus and insightful reframing led me to many blocks and traumas contributing to this stubborn behaviour.
