Elaine Monterastelli joins Tapping Q&A with 20 years of coaching experience as a Coach and Operations Manager. After receiving a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from DePaul University, Elaine was called to work in higher education and social services.
Elaine's focus while working in higher education was on career coaching, academic success coaching, and staff development. While working at an academic success coaching company, Elaine's clients included five universities and their students, where her responsibilities included training and developing new staff. Over the last 20 years, Elaine has coached more than 5,000 college and graduate students.
Elaine also worked at multiple social services agencies serving youth in the foster care system and youth with an incarcerated parent. She screened, trained, and coached over 200 volunteers who were working with youth struggling with attachment issues and has also run an after-school program for first-generation youth.
