It seems like every client I worked with for the last week and a half has asked me about using tapping to help them to sleep better. Daily stress is a very common cause for disrupting sleep because the system is caught up in trying to solve the problems of the previous day and consumed with the worries of tomorrow. In this simple tap-along audio we spend time on physical and mental fatigue, as well as emotional exhaustion, and work on preparing the system for a great night of rest and relaxation.
