Reversal, psychological reversal, and polarity reversal are all terms are thrown around a lot when working with tapping. These can be caused by our thoughts, what we put in our body, and the electronic devices that surround us.
It doesn’t really matter what you call them, if they are present then tapping isn’t going to work very well (if at all). In this interview I talk with Lindsay Kenny two major types of reversals and what you can do to correct them.

Question: I have a great list of goals. I know what I want. I know why I want them. I just can’t seem to move forward. How can I use tapping to move toward my goals?
There are lots of issues we know we need to tap on, but for some reason just can’t bring ourselves to do it.
Sometimes we won’t tap because we think an issue is too big. Or we feel like we can’t make enough progress to make worth our while. When tapping sometimes doing just a little is enough to make a big difference.
Question: I would like to use visualization and law of attraction principles with my tapping. How do I do that?
We all want to change. We all want better for ourselves. We all want health and well being. Otherwise we wouldn’t be learning tapping. BUT change work can be very scary. It requires us to level with ourselves about what is working and many times even scarier why things are the way they are.
As we prepare for a new year we often make resolution of the all the new things we are going to do to become better people. This year I am taking a new approach. Instead of adding things I am going to get rid of the things that are no longer useful to make room for what I am already doing. Here is what I am doing and how I am using tapping to support this work.
