Here is a great little tool when you don't know where or how to start with any emotion (not just anger).  This is also a great tool to use when you are teaching someone to tap on his or her own because it will also create phrase to tap along to.  For this reason I have found it best to use this like a work sheet and write out each of the steps.]]></description>
