Bonus Pod #13: Something That Needs A Cool Name, But Doesn’t Have One

This is a technique that I developed from some of the resources from Quantum Techniques. I use this with many of my clients at the end of sessions, especially when we have done powerful work. This is a great way to relax anytime of day, but is perfect for the end of the day or right before bed time.

The techniques is less than three minutes long and after you listen to it once you will have it mastered because it is so easy.

Hi Gene, yes, this is iteresting. I felt it is working on my chakras. Maybe that is why it is calming. My intention is to work with it a while. I will see what comes up..Thank you for all you do for free. I know you spread the word, about EFT, and energy healing, around the world. Blessings to you and yours….Gay

Hi Gene, I love this emaginering tapping very much, and the other interesting arguments you share with us! I would ask you a favor though. As I am Swedish living in Italy, English is not my mother tongue so it would be wonderful if you could speak a little bit more slowly in your very interesting broadcasts.

Awesome technique. Thanks. One question for clarification, please: When you say to imagine tapping a couple of inches above the top of the head… where is this? Do you mean tapping in the air above the head? Or do you mean a couple of inches back on the head, towards the back of the skull?

How about calling it the “downer technique” It brings you down or relaxes you. Because of the name, it probably would get lots of interest.

This one is a favorite of mine… I think of it as the off switch for perceiving what is bothering me. It helps me set things aside.

What Powers Tapping Q&A

  • Web Hosting: HostMonster (aff) A very inexpensive and reliable hosting company. I house 11 domains for under $6 a month. Great 24hr support!

  • Blog Theme: I use the ThemeFuse (aff) “LifeStyle” theme. When I switched to this theme I had lots of readers comment on how much better it looks and my web traffic improved. Max, who runs the support forum for this theme, is a rockstar!

  • Newsletter: Aweber (aff) is the gold standard when it comes to email newsletter. Easy to use, very powerful, and great phone and chat room support.

  • WordPress Ninja: I have done lots of things to tweak the wordpress theme on this site. Well…really Bryan Murdaugh has done the tweaks I wanted. If you are looking to just add something to your site or you need someone to help you start from scratch Bryan is the guy. Smart, funny, and a quick worker.

  • Content: Most of the content on this site is fueled by hot and cold beverages from local coffee shops. You can help provide Gene with some of that fuel.
