In addition to getting specific about what you tap on, you can also get specific about noticing what has shifted after tapping on a memory. Use you 5 senses (sight, sound, smell, taste and touch) to identify what has changed. For example, does the memory look the same? Is it closer or further away? Does the sound seem as loud? etc This can help if you have trouble getting a handle on the emotional intensity.</description>
