It seems like every client I have been working with for the last week and a half has asked me about tapping to help them to sleep. Daily stress is a very common cause for disrupting sleep because the system is busy trying to solve the problems of the previous day and is consumed with the worries of tomorrow. Gene, thank you for this cool sleepy time podcast. I am a counsellor who uses EFT as my major TXT intervention and found this podcast very effective that I had to stop.
