In a previous article I talked about Process Instruction as a way of finding root issues and resources for transformation. I received a number of questions about the article. The concept itself is a little esoteric and as a technique it is far less straightforward in comparison to many of the other tools featured on this site.
To that end I have recorded a short bonus pod to give some additional instruction and explanation to how you can add process instructions to your tapping.
